Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the Hexa Research partner and affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms. Learn more on our Partner Program page.

Eligibility

Partners must be 21 or older and must promote our products only to appropriate research and scientific audiences. We review each application and may approve or decline participation at our discretion.

Compliant promotion required

Partners must promote Hexa Research products as research-use-only materials. Partners may not:

• Make any health, medical, therapeutic, or human-use claims;
• Suggest products are for human or veterinary consumption;
• Provide dosing, protocol, or medical guidance;
• Use misleading, spammy, or deceptive marketing.

All promotional materials must include appropriate research-use-only disclaimers.

Commissions and payouts

Approved partners earn commissions on qualifying orders as described in the program details. Commissions are calculated on the final paid order value, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunded or cancelled orders. Payout schedule and minimums are provided on approval.

Prohibited conduct

Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, trademark bidding, and any unlawful or non-compliant promotion are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

Termination and changes

Either party may end participation at any time. We may update the program terms, commission structure, or the program itself at our discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
